We strive to ensure that all product colours displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, variations may occur depending on your device screen settings, and we cannot guarantee exact colour representation upon delivery.
Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products, slight variations in design, finish, or detailing may occur. HAFI STUDIO reserves the right to make minor modifications to product components where necessary.
All measurements and sizing are approximate. We take reasonable care to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where information has been incorrectly displayed, including pricing or promotional errors.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All products are subject to availability.

All prices include applicable VAT at the current rate. The total payable amount includes product cost and applicable delivery charges.
For security purposes, the billing name and address must match those registered with your payment card. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails to meet this requirement.
ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This right does not apply to:
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Perishable goods
- Opened software or media products
To exercise your cancellation rights, written notice must be provided within 7 days of receipt.
Please note:
- Returns are not free of charge
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging
Made-to-order or custom garments may only be cancelled within 5 days of placing the order, due to production processes commencing shortly after purchase.
Ownership of goods remains with HAFI STUDIO until full payment has been received.
ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
While we endeavour to ensure that all content on our website is accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy.
All images, descriptions, and illustrations are provided for guidance only and should not be relied upon as definitive representations.
FABRICS & EMBROIDERY
Many of our garments feature intricate hand embroidery and delicate embellishments. As such:
- Minor bead or sequin displacement is considered normal and not a defect
- Fabrics are predominantly 100% polyester unless otherwise stated
- Variations may occur due to dyeing techniques
Care Instructions:
- First wash: Dry Clean only
- Heavily embellished garments: Dry Clean only
- Casual items: Cold wash separately
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.

If your parcel arrives damaged or opened:
- Where Possible reject the delivery upon arrival.
- Report any issues within 3 days
- Retain all original packaging
DELIVERY ISSUES
We will repair or replace any items damaged or lost in transit, provided:
- Damage is reported within 3 days of delivery
- Loss is reported within 3 days of expected delivery
GENERAL TERMS
No order shall be deemed accepted until confirmed by HAFI STUDIO.
Ownership transfers to the customer upon:
- Successful delivery, or
- Full payment being received (whichever occurs later)
POSTAGE CHARGES
A standard delivery fee of £7.99 applies to orders within England, Wales, and selected parts of Scotland.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
In the event of stock unavailability:
- We will attempt to contact the customer
- A refund may be issued if contact cannot be established
- Orders may be delayed if customer details are incomplete or incorrect
- Address and payment verification may be required
SALES POLICY
Items purchased in sale or clearance events are exchange only.
Customers may return items and reorder alternative sizes or styles. An additional delivery fee of £4.95 will apply.
MEASUREMENTS
All garment measurements are approximate and may vary due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in fabric and design.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
The right to use this service is non-transferable and subject to any limitations imposed by HAFI STUDIO or your payment provider.
RESALE POLICY
Our products are sold directly to consumers and are not authorised for resale or wholesale distribution.
RIGHT TO REFUSE
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
RISK
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery. HAFI STUDIO shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including text, imagery, logos, and designs, is the property of HAFI STUDIO and is protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAFI STUDIO, its employees, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the website or breach of these terms.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
- Promotional items must be returned in full
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items
