At HAFI STUDIO, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must remain intact

Please note:

  • Returns are not free of charge
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

You may request an exchange for:

  • A different size
  • A different colour
  • An alternative design

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • A delivery fee may apply for resending the exchanged item
  • Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, original packaging)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order or customized garments
  • Sale or clearance items (exchange only)
  • Worn, used, or damaged items (not due to a manufacturing fault)

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic evidence showing the issue
  • Retain original packaging

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Refund where applicable

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds may be refused if return conditions are not met
